As a brief background, we would like to advise you that Compensation Programs of Ohio, Inc., has been in the business of providing administrative services exclusively to multi-employer Taft-Hartley trust funds in excess of thirty-five years. With this expertise, we have developed an understanding of the many issues that face both union and management representatives and their relationship with plan participants. We currently perform administration duties for over fifty-five (55) plans. Included in the total are twelve (12) Health and Welfare Plans, fourteen (14) Defined Benefit Plans and fifteen (15) Defined Contribution Plans.  We also operate fifteen (15) independent collection agencies for the purpose of collecting, verifying , and distributing fringe benefits in accordance with collective bargaining agreements.
